WHO DO I NEED TO GET IN TOUCH WITH IN ORDER TO RETURN AN ITEM ON MY ORDER?
All returns are managed by GlobalShopex. Please do not contact the store directly, they cannot process your return as it is an international purchase. All of the items that are requested to be returned must be pre-authorized by GlobalShopex. We will provide detailed instructions and a Return Authorization Number when your return is approved. For more information regarding our return process, please review our Return Policies.
You will be held liable for return shipping (if applicable), duties and taxes (if incurred), and for all other associated fees if any of the following circumstances occur, your package will be abandoned and you will be billed for any additional fees.
Please be aware no refunds will be issued if:
You refuse to pay duties and taxes when prepaid duties and taxes option is not selected during checkout.
Your parcel is returned by customs because your merchandise is restricted from being imported into your country.
You provided an invalid address and the carrier makes three unsuccessful attempts to deliver your parcel to that given address.
The carrier makes three unsuccessful attempts to deliver your parcel to your address because you are not at home.
You do not pay duties and taxes.
You refuse delivery of your parcel for any reason.
Please be aware that shipping costs and duties and taxes that were paid when placing your order are non-refundable for any order sent back to us as a return/exchange or refused shipment.
If you begin the return process and request a refund, you will be reimbursed for the purchase price of the products you send, minus an 11 USD local transportation fee and any restocking fees that may be charged by the store. Your refund will not be issued until the return has been accepted and processed by the store.
STANDARD SHIPPING arrives to your address in approximately 10 to 15 business days from being received in our warehouse.
PRIORITY SHIPPING arrives to your address in approximately 3 to 7 business days from being received in our warehouse.
The transit times posted on the website are estimated based on the average delivery time frames. GlobalShopex is not responsible for any additional delivery time due to items on backorder or as a result of modifications to the order once it has been placed.
Please be aware that in order to protect our customers from fraud, some orders might be subject to further review. This process may delay your order shipping time from 1-4 business days.
Please note that customized, personalized, pre-ordered items and special requests usually have longer shipping times than normal products. Your order will ship complete once all items arrive to our warehouse. Priority Shipping does not apply for these types of items.

The delivery time frame of your package should not exceed fifteen business days since it is shipped from our facilities. This estimated delivery time depends on certain factors; such as pre-ordered, backordered or customized items, the delivery time from the US store to GlobalShopex, and the rate in which customs in your country processes your package.

ARE THERE ANY PRODUCT RESTRICTIONS?
GlobalShopex does not impose any limitations related to the size or weight of packages sent. However, certain stores we work with may apply restrictions to their stock for international shipping.
Additionally, certain items or materials may be restricted due to import laws in your country. Gemstones, E-cigarette fluids, or various nutrition supplements are examples of items that are closely monitored or prohibited from being introduced into several countries. We recommend that you familiarize yourself with your local import laws before making an online purchase.
As a company policy we do not ship Loose Gemstones under any circumstances.
GlobalShopex also respects the Aeronautical regulations (IATA), which limits the shipment of certain dangerous items such as:
Flammable materials; including perfumes, nail polish & nail polish removers, toners, sanitizers, after shaves, essential oils & diffuser oils, alcoholic beverages, compressed gas cylinders, fuels, lighters with lighter fuel and lithium batteries.

ARE THERE SIZE AND WEIGHT LIMITS?
GlobalShopex allows products of any weight and size to be shipped.
MUST I PAY DUTIES AND TAXES?
Yes, you do need to pay duties and taxes. Import taxes are not charged by GlobalShopex but by the government of the country you are shipping to. The duties and taxes fee is not optional and must be covered if requested by customs and collected by the courier upon delivery.
We do offer the option to prepay duties and taxes upfront at the moment of purchase of your international order. If you choose to do so, there will be no additional funds collected upon delivery. If you choose not to prepay duties and taxes with us at the time of purchase, the courier is tasked to collect them upon delivery.
If you refuse to receive your order because of the duties and taxes, we will not provide a refund.
WHAT ARE MY PAYMENT OPTIONS?
If your payment presents any problems that lead to suspicion of fraud, we will request additional information to confirm you are the person making the purchase.
If we make these inquiries and do not receive an answer within seven business days, your order will be cancelled. These verifications are done to prevent the misuse of our services, and ultimately to protect you as our customer.
GlobalShopex gives you the option to pay using Credit Card, PayPal, MoneyGram, Paypal, AliPay and bank transfers to the USA.
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
You have 24 hours to change or cancel your order after you have placed it. This does not include customized, special or preorder items.
Orders containing logos, customized items or final sales cannot be modified or cancelled and are non-refundable.
