Returns & Exchange Policy
All returns and exchanges will be managed through GlobalShopex. Do not contact the merchant directly, they cannot process your return or exchange. We honor the returns policies of the merchant partner, so please makes sure to read the retailer(s) policy. The customer is responsible for shipment back to our facility in the USA (including duties and taxes), unless other arrangements have been approved by your GS representative.
You may request your return by contacting our customer service department. If approved, GlobalShopex will issue you a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization). You must include this RMA number on the package, if we cannot identify the package it will be subject to refusal. Once your return is received and processed, you will receive a refund for the original purchase price of the merchandise minus the following: any restocking fees, shipment costs to return the merchandise to the retailer as well as any associated duties and taxes. To insure product delivery, you should send the merchandise back to us via a traceable shipping method. We are not able to process or reimburse you for a return shipment that is lost or damaged while in transit to us.
Most retailers only accept returns and/or exchanges within a limited time frame. Your GS customer service representative will provide you the time frame in which we must receive the package back by. Make sure your items are back in the US at our hub by the expired time or the credit may not be applied to your order.
