If your package has not reached its final destination within fifteen business days you may contact us at Customercare@globalshopex.com or can call us at 1 (786) 391-4868, our representatives will be happy to assist you with any questions you may have. Our working hours are Monday to Friday 9:00 to 17:00 Eastern Standard Time.
Please do not contact the store directly. They cannot process your return as it is an international purchase. All returned items must be pre-authorized by GlobalShopex. We will provide detailed instructions and a Return Authorization Number when your return is approved.

Globalshopex respects the return policy of the online store where your items were purchased, so please take them into consideration before you begin the return process. Many of the stores we work with have restricted time limits for returns, or may not accept returns for some of their items (Ex: Personalized products).

The products you return must be in new condition, with tags attached and must be accompanied by the original GlobalShopex receipt or invoice. All returns must be sent insured via registered mail, or any other delivery service which tracks a package and requires a signature upon delivery. Due to the time sensitive nature of the store's return policies, expedited/express shipping may be required. Customized items are not subject to cancellation, return, or exchange.
You will be held liable for return shipping (if applicable), duties and taxes (if incurred), and for all other associated fees if any of the following circumstances occur, your package will be abandoned and you will be billed for any additional fees.
    Please be aware no refunds will be issued if:
  • You refuse to pay duties and taxes when prepaid duties and taxes option is not selected during checkout.
  • Your parcel is returned by customs because your merchandise is restricted from import into your country.
  • You provided an invalid address and the carrier makes three unsuccessful attempts to deliver your parcel to that given address.
  • The carrier makes three unsuccessful attempts to deliver your parcel to your address because you are not at home.
  • You do not pay duties and taxes.
  • You refuse delivery of your parcel for any reason.
If you begin the return process and request a refund, you will be reimbursed for the purchase price of the products you send, minus any return or restocking fees that are charged by the store and the shipping costs we may incur to ship the purchase back to the store. Your refund will not be issued until the return is accepted and processed by the store.
STANDARD SHIPPING arrives to your address in approximately 8 to 15 business days from being received in our warehouse.

PRIORITY SHIPPING arrives to your address in approximately 3 to 8 business days from being received in our warehouse.

The transit times posted on the website are estimates based on the average delivery time frames. GlobalShopex is not responsible for any additional delivery time due to items on backorder or as a result of modifications to the order once it has been placed.

Please be aware that in order to protect our customers from fraud, some orders may be subject to further review. This process may delay your order shipping time from 1-4 business days.

Please note that customized, personalized, preordered items and special requests usually have longer shipping times than normal products. Your order will ship complete once all items arrive to our warehouse.
Yes. GlobalShopex uses the latest encryption technology to make sure your payment information is protected. We make sure that all of your transactions will be processed under strict security measures.
In the case of loss or damage, GlobalShopex offers a maximum $300 USD guarantee on the value of your product.
The delivery of your package should not exceed fifteen business days. This estimated delivery time depends on certain factors such as the delivery time from the US store to GlobalShopex and the rate in which Customs in your country processes your package.

GlobalShopex does not impose any limitations related to the size or weight of packages sent. However certain stores we work with may apply restrictions to their stock for international shipping.

Additionally, certain Items or materials may be restricted by import laws in your country. Gemstones, E-cigarettes fluids, or various nutritious supplements are examples of items that are closely monitored or prohibited from being introduced into several countries. We recommend that you familiarize yourself with your local import laws before making an online purchase.

As a company policy we do not ship Loose Gemstones under any circumstances.

GlobalShopex also respects the Aeronautical regulation (IATA), which limits the shipment of certain dangerous items such as:

  • Flammable materials including perfumes, nail polish & nail polish removers, toners, sanitizers, after shaves, essential oils & diffuser oils, alcoholic beverages, compressed gas cylinders, fuels, lighters with lighter fuel and lithium batteries

GlobalShopex allows products of any weight and size to be shipped.
No, we cannot accept returns for items that have been used or worn. If you have any doubts about returning an item purchased through us, please refer to the return policies specified on the site where you made your purchase, we respect our partner’s policies on every order.
Yes, you do need to pay duties and taxes. Import taxes are not charged by Globalshopex but by the customs of your country of origin. This duties and taxes charge is not optional and must be covered if requested.

We do offer the option to prepay duties and taxes upfront at the moment of purchase of your international order. If you choose to prepay duties and taxes upfront upon checkout, there will be no additional funds collected upon delivery. If you choose not to prepay duties and taxes with us at the time of purchase, the courier tasked with your order will collect them upon delivery.

If you refuse to receive your order because of the duties and taxes, we will not provide a refund.
GlobalShopex gives you the option to pay using Credit Card, PayPal, MoneyGram, Paypal, AliPay, SafetyPay and bank transfers to the USA. We are continually adding new international payment methods to help make shopping in the USA a seamless experience for international customers.

If your payment presents any problems that lead to suspicion of fraud, we will request additional information to confirm you are the person making the purchase.

If we make these inquiries and do not receive an answer within seven business days, your order will be cancelled. These verifications are done to prevent the misuse of our services, and ultimately to protect you as our customer.
Once your order is placed, no changes can be made to the Items, quantities, or details you requested. Partial cancellations are possible, following the rules for cancellations. If an item is suddenly on backorder or out of stock, you will be informed beforehand and given choices to continue with your order.
We understand that sometimes unexpected things may happen, and that you may need to cancel a recent purchase with us. However cancellations must be approved by Globalshopex, depending on several factors.

As a general rule orders can only be cancelled while they are being processed and before they are shipped, provided that the items can be returned to the store. Customized, special ordered and restricted items cannot be cancelled under any circumstance.
